My name is Maranda G Bryant, and I am the proud great-granddaughter of Thedore(spelled correctly ) and Willie Mae Smith. My great-grandparents made a profound impact on my life. It’s hard to believe that they have been gone for so long, yet I still feel their presence.

My great-grandmother, Willie Mae, always prepared her dishes with love and from scratch. Some of my fondest memories are sitting at her kitchen table and watching her cook. Another cherished memory was seeing her pour her coffee onto a saucer and sip it. To honor her, I named my at-home bakery and catering service after her.

Willie Mae's Kitchen was established in 2020. Our logo features their home in Camden, Alabama. Every time I visit their land, I feel overwhelmed with love and peace.
